City Science’s SATURN test model of the town of Exmouth in Devon.

Test and demo strategic model

City Science’s test model of the town of Exmouth was developed purely for testing/demonstration purposes and doesn’t necessarily reflect the real world. For example, the demand matrix contains completely random numbers.

The model contains two additional variants, with demand increased by x3 and x5 respectively. Note that the x3 and x5 variants have identical demand files (i.e. ExmouthRandMatrix_x3Congestion.UFM and ExmouthRandMatrix_x5Congestion.UFM contain the same data as ExmouthRandMatrix.UFM). The different congestion levels were created by setting different values of the GONZO parameter in the .DAT files.
